The names Unifi, Telekom Malaysia and any related trademarks, logos or brand names belong to their respective owners. References to these names on this website are used only to identify the services discussed in our tools and informational guides.

Speed Test Results

The speed-test results shown on UnifiSpeedTest.com are provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as guaranteed measurements of the maximum performance of your internet package.

Actual download speed, upload speed, ping and other measurements can vary depending on many factors, including your device, router, WiFi signal, Ethernet connection, network traffic, server location, network conditions and other technical limitations.

A single speed-test result should therefore not be used as the only basis for determining whether an internet service is performing correctly.

For more information about these factors, see our guide on factors that affect your Unifi internet speed.

Information Accuracy

We aim to publish clear and useful information, but we do not guarantee that every page will always be completely accurate, current or applicable to every user.

Unifi packages, prices, routers, coverage, policies and technical specifications may change without notice. Where relevant, users should check current information from official Unifi or Telekom Malaysia sources.

If you notice information on our website that appears outdated or incorrect, you can contact us through our Contact Us page.

We do not control the content, availability, security, privacy practices or accuracy of third-party websites. The inclusion of an external link does not automatically mean that we endorse the website, company, product or service.

Technical and Troubleshooting Information

Our guides are designed to help users understand common internet, WiFi, router and connection issues.

However, networking equipment and configurations can vary. Instructions that work for one router or device may not apply to another.

Users should avoid making advanced configuration changes, performing factory resets or modifying broadband settings unless they understand the consequences or are following instructions for their specific equipment.

For problems involving your Unifi line, account, installation or ISP-supplied equipment, contact official Unifi support.
